What types of building permits are available?

There are three types of permits available from the Building Division for construction projects. They are:

• Building Permit: The Building permit encompasses a combination of permit types in a single permit. This permit type covers construction for residential or commercial projects which may include building, electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing work.

• Swimming Pool/Spa Permit: A swimming pool/spa permit covers the construction, alteration, demolition and repair of a swimming pool/spa.
